Located in Indialantic, Florida, on a barrier island situated between the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean, Rio Villa North is a picturesque community of 72 single-family homes on large lots where mature oak trees line wide streets and sidewalks wind through serene cul-de-sacs. This subdivision lies halfway between the Melbourne and Eau Gallie causeways, providing easy access to the city of Melbourne. We encompass only the homes on Veracruz Boulevard and its connected cul de sacs.
We encourage all residents to actively participate in community events and meetings. Your voice matters, and joining committees is a great way to contribute to our neighborhood's development.
Our HOA rules state that the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) must review any changes made to the exterior of any home in our neighborhood. If you plan to paint the exterior of your house a different color, replace your fence with a different style, change your roof color or make any other changes to the exterior of your home, please fill out the form on the Bylaws & Procedures page of this website or email us at mail@riovillanorth.com. Failure to submit your plans could result in a fine of up to $50 a day. Please note that if you are doing any work on your house that does not change anything (like repainting your house the same color or putting up the same type of fence you had before) then you do not need to contact the ACC.
