Complaint Procedure

If you notice a violation of the RVN deed restrictions and would like to file a complaint, please use the following process.

Step 1: Notify the RVN Board (by e-mail or in writing only)

Step 2: The board will review the complaint to determine if there is a violation. Step 3: The board will respond to the person who filed the violation/complaint. If there is a violation, the board will notify the homeowners to request they rectify the problem.

Step 4: Homeowners have 14 days to get into compliance. If a violation is not addressed within the 14 days, a hearing before an appointed committee will result. Based on the committee findings, fines could start.
